1. Refund Requests

At Homix, we want you to be happy with what you buy. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help you.


2. Who Can Get a Refund

You can ask for a refund if:

a. You ask within 3 days of your purchase.

b. The product or service allows refunds (check the terms listed for that item).


3. What Cannot Be Refunded

We do not give refunds for:

a. Digital products (like files) once you’ve downloaded or accessed them.

b. Services that have already started or been completed.

c. Custom products made just for you.


4. How to Ask for a Refund

  • Your order number
  • Your reason for the refund
  • Any helpful details

We will check your request and reply as soon as we can.


5. Getting Your Money Back

If your refund is approved:

  • We’ll send the refund in 3 days
  • You’ll get it through the same payment method you used
  • It might take a bit longer depending on your bank

6. Cancelled Orders

If you cancel before we send or start the product or service, we will refund you based on that product’s rules.
